Privacy Policy

What we collect, why we collect it, how our analytics and ad tracking work, and how to turn them off.

Effective October 12, 2026. Last updated October 13, 2026.

The short version

  • We collect what you send us through our forms, email, and calls, plus what we need to do your work.
  • This website uses cookies, Google Analytics, and ad tracking to measure visits and ads. You can turn them off.
  • We never sell your name, email, phone number, or messages.
  • Ask us and we will show you, fix, or delete what we have about you.

This summary is here to help you read the full text below. It does not replace it.

1.Who we are

No Contract SEO is a business based in Carrollton, Texas ("No Contract SEO," "we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect through our website at nocontract-seo.com and through our services, how we use it, and the choices you have. Our Terms of Service also apply.

2.What we collect

When you use our contact form

Your name, email address, phone number (optional), website, the service you are asking about, and your message. We also receive the date and time you sent it and your IP address, which we use to block spam and abuse.

When a client uses our onboarding form

Contact and business details, goals, and any account logins the client chooses to share. The form encrypts everything in your browser before it is sent, and only we hold the key that unlocks it. We keep the encrypted copy on our server and email the encrypted copy to ourselves. We also record the date and time and your IP address.

When you email, call, or text us

Whatever you choose to send us, plus your email address or phone number.

When we work in a client's accounts

When a client gives us access to their website or accounts, we may see data stored there, including information about the client's own customers, such as analytics reports, ad account data, reviews, and form leads. See Data we handle for clients.

Billing

Names, business details, addresses, and invoice history. Card and bank details are handled by our payment processor. We do not store full card numbers.

Server logs

Like almost every website, our web host automatically records basic technical details for each visit: IP address, browser type, the page requested, the page you came from, and the time. These logs keep the site secure and working.

Cookies, analytics, and ad tracking

Pages you view, clicks, time on the site, device and browser type, approximate location, and how you found us. See Cookies, analytics, and ad tracking.

Spam protection

Our forms use a hidden spam trap and a timing check. To limit repeat sends, we keep a scrambled (hashed) form of your IP address for a short time. It can't be read back as your address.

3.Cookies, analytics, and ad tracking

We and our partners use cookies, pixels, tags, and similar tools on this site. They help us see how people use the site and measure and improve our advertising. These include Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Ads conversion tracking and remarketing, and may include similar tools from Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Microsoft.

These tools can collect the pages you view, what you click, how long you stay, your device and browser, your approximate location based on your IP address, the site or ad that sent you here, and whether you contacted us after clicking an ad. The companies that run them may combine this with other information they have about you, under their own privacy policies. You can read how Google does this at policies.google.com.

We may also use this information to show our ads to people who visited our site, on Google, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and other websites and apps.

Your choices

We do not sell your name, email address, phone number, or the messages you send us. Some state privacy laws treat sharing website activity with ad platforms for targeted ads as a "sale" or "sharing." To opt out of that, use the choices above or contact us.

4.How we use information

  • To answer your questions and send proposals.
  • To provide our services, including working in the accounts clients give us access to.
  • To bill clients, collect payment, and keep business and tax records.
  • To measure how our website and ads perform, improve them, and show our ads to people who visited our site.
  • To keep our website, forms, and accounts secure and free of spam.
  • To follow the law and protect our rights.
  • To send service messages, like reports, reminders, and notices. We send occasional news only to clients and people who asked for it, and you can opt out at any time. We do not send marketing text messages.

5.Who we share it with

We share personal information only in these cases:

  • Companies that help us run our business, under a duty to protect it. These include our web host (InMotion Hosting), our email provider (Google), our payment processor, and our accountant or bookkeeper.
  • Analytics and advertising partners, such as Google and Meta, through the cookies and pixels described in Cookies, analytics, and ad tracking.
  • Platforms a client hires us to work in, such as Google or Meta, only as needed to do that client's work.
  • When the law requires it, such as a valid subpoena or court order, or when needed to protect the rights, property, or safety of us, our clients, or others.
  • If the business changes hands. If No Contract SEO is sold, merged, or transferred, information may move to the new owner, who must follow this policy.

6.Data we handle for clients

When we work in a client's accounts, we handle their customers' data for that client and only on the client's instructions. The client is responsible for its own privacy notice and for having the right to share that data with us. If one of our clients' customers contacts us about their data, we will pass the request to our client.

Please don't send us medical records or other protected health information. We are not a HIPAA business associate unless we sign a business associate agreement.

7.How long we keep it

  • Contact form messages and emails: as long as needed to respond and for our business records, generally no longer than 3 years unless you become a client.
  • Client records and invoices: as long as tax and business laws require, usually 7 years.
  • Onboarding submissions and account logins: deleted within 30 days after the client relationship ends.
  • Analytics data: kept in Google Analytics for up to 14 months, then deleted automatically.
  • Server logs: kept on our web host's schedule.

We delete information sooner if you ask, unless the law requires us to keep it.

8.How we protect it

Our whole site runs over a secure connection (HTTPS). The onboarding form encrypts client details in the browser before they are sent. Access to client information is limited to the owner of No Contract SEO and anyone helping on that client's work, and we use two factor login on our business accounts. No method of sending or storing data is perfect, so we can't promise total security. If a breach affects your personal information, we will notify you as Texas law requires.

9.Your choices and rights

You can ask us to:

  • tell you what personal information we have about you and give you a copy;
  • correct information that is wrong;
  • delete your information;
  • stop sending you news or marketing emails;
  • opt out of targeted advertising based on your activity on our site.

Send your request through our contact form or call 972 282 4715. We may need to confirm who you are before we act. We answer within 45 days. We won't treat you differently for making a request.

Depending on where you live, laws such as the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act or the California Consumer Privacy Act may give you these rights. We honor these requests from anyone, whether or not a law requires it of a business our size. If we turn down a request, you can ask us to reconsider by replying with the word "appeal." We will answer an appeal within 60 days. If you are not happy with the result, you can contact the Texas Attorney General.

10.Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

Do Not Track: there is no common standard for this browser signal, so our site does not respond to it.

Global Privacy Control: where the law requires it, we treat a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser as a request to opt out of targeted advertising.

11.Children

Our website and services are for businesses and adults. They are not meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them. If we learn we have, we will delete it.

13.Where your information is stored

Our website and business accounts are hosted in the United States. If you contact us from another country, your information will be handled in the United States.

14.Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. When we do, we will post the new version on this page with a new date. If a change is important, we will also email current clients before it takes effect.
