Free Guides by Email
One new guide in your inbox. Nothing else.
Each time we post a guide, you get a short summary and a link to read the rest. Plain English answers on Google reviews, your Google Business Profile, AI search and picking an agency, written for owners in Dallas‑Fort Worth who have ten minutes, not an afternoon.
The useful part of a guide, before you decide to read it.
Every email is built the same way. The title. Four or five lines that give you the point of the guide. A button to read the whole thing on this site. If the summary already answers your question, you are done in thirty seconds.
We write about the questions business owners actually ask us: how many reviews you need, why your listing is not in the map, what ChatGPT reads before it recommends a business, how to tell a real agency from a mailbox. No jargon, no prices, no “book a call” in every paragraph.
We are starting with the six guides already on the site, one at a time, and new ones join the rotation as we write them. You can read any of them right now on the guides page. The email just saves you remembering to check.

How Many Google Reviews Does a Local Business Need?
There is no magic number. Here is how to find the one that matters in your city, and how fast to get there.
- Google does not use a fixed review count. It compares you to the other listings that show up for the same search in the same area.
- Search your main service and city from a phone. Count the reviews on the three listings in the map pack. That is your target.
- A steady flow of a few real reviews every month beats a burst of thirty in one week.

How often will you email me?
About twice a month, and only when there is a new guide. If a month goes by with nothing worth sending, you hear nothing. There is no welcome series, no drip campaign and no sales sequence.
What is actually in the email?
The guide’s title, a four or five line summary of what it says, and a link to read the whole thing on this site. That is it. You can get the point from the email alone and skip the click if you want.
Will you pitch me or share my address?
No. The emails are the guides, not a sales funnel. Your address stays with us. We never sell it, rent it or trade it, and we do not add you to any other list.
How do I stop?
Every email has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. One click and you are off the same day. Or reply to any email and say so, and we will do it by hand. Same rule as our client work: if it is not useful, leave.
